UEM Team has experience and training in the preparation of applications for Certificates of Approval (Air), and can assist clients in demonstrating compliance with O. Reg. 419/05, Air Pollution – Local Air Quality Regulation under the Environmental Protection Act, including consideration of point of impingement limits, use of approved air dispersion models, and preparation of Emission Summary Dispersion Modeling Reports (ESDMs).
