UEM provides a wide scope of management system services including completion of gap analyses, procedure development and implementation, training development and facilitation, risk assessment facilitation, emergency response planning, and peer review of existing procedures and documentation. UEM’s Management Systems Team assists our clients with various aspects of management system development and/or implementation, and in recent years have specialized in the development of management systems for public–sector clients.
UEM’s Management Systems services include:
- Development of management systems for public utilities including drinking-water, wastewater and roads;
- Development of occupational health and safety management systems;
- Development of integrated management systems addressing more than one service area;
- Development of procedures, forms and associated documentation to address single topics or needs;
- Completion of conformance assessments for the PAS-55 Asset Management Standard;
- Assistance with implementation of organizational policies and procedures; and
- Development and/or facilitation of training for Council/Directors, managers and staff.
