Asset Management Strategy & PSAB Readiness Plan, Oakville, ON
UEM is currently engaged in the Town of Oakville to address the Town's asset management needs in anticipation of the PSAB 3150 legislative deadline in 2009. The project is driven by multiple stakeholders with varying requirements from Asset Management, including:
- Fixed Asset Accounting - the ability to support the upcoming PSAB requirements
- Maintenance Management - work orders, preventative maintenance, service requests
- Integration to Finance for Payroll, General Ledger, Purchasing, A/P, A/R, Activity Costing
- Integration to GIS for Data Repository, Work Orders, Creation, Geographic Work Planning, Data Synchronization, Field Data Editing Solution
- Asset Inventory - Data Repository and Management
