City of Hamilton - Water & Wastewater Division's "Drinking Water Quality Management System (DWQMS)"

UEM is currently working with the City of Hamilton to develop the Drinking Water Quality Management System (DWQMS) for the Water/Wastewater (WWW) Division. The City of Hamilton's DWQMS will be partially integrated with the WWW Division's BCOS Program (see project summary bellow) in order to streamline and simplify Divisional operations. All 21 elements of the Standard will be addressed within the scope of this project; UEM will be working in a program management role to facilitate, advise and aid in the development and implementation of the DWQMS. The UEM Team has a thorough understanding of WWW Divisions operations and is working closely with Hamilton staff to ensure that the resulting system is not only fully compliant with MOE requirements, but is also lean and efficient to fit the needs of the organization.

City of Brantford - Department of Environmental Services "Drinking Water Quality Management System - Phase 1"

UEM is currently working with the City of Brantford's Department of Environmental Services in the planning and execution of the City's DWQMS - Phase 1. In this initial DWQMS implementation phase, UEM will work with the City to complete a gap analysis of current Brantford operations against DWQMS requirements. The outcome of this phase will be an implementation plan that will guide the City through Phase 2 of the DWQMS Process - namely, development and implementation of the DWQMS elements.
