- City of Hamilton - quality management systems, asset management and long term waste management.
- City of Toronto - waste management strategic plans for interim and long term needs for the former Metro Toronto.
- Regional Niagara - waste management policy and strategic planning exercises.
- City of Niagara Falls - developed strategic plans for its Community Centre development, a four-pad arena complex and downtown revitalization plans.
- Niagara Parks Commission - produced on Environmental Management Plan in support of the Legends Golf Course development.
