Port Colbourne Energy Park (Phase 1 & 2) Highway 140 Port Colborne, Ontario
UEM Completed the transportation impact assessment in support of the Seaway Tank Farm, the initial phase of the Port Colborne Energy Park. The study examined existing and future traffic conditions along Highway 140 from Regional Road 27 (East Main Street) to Concession 2 Road. A number of recommendations were made including improved advance warning signs, increased speed enforcement, geometric improvements for the proposed access on Highway 140.

Ana Gall Senior Transportation Engineer has completed Preliminary Design Road Safety Audits for the Regional Municipality of Halton for Trafalgar Road (Regional Road 3) from North of Britannia Road (Regional Road 6) to South of Derry Road (Regional Road 7) and from North of Derry Road (Regional Road 7) to the South Ramp of Highway 401, Town of Milton; and Bronte Road (Regional Road 25) from South of Upper Middle Road (Regional Road 38) to Highway 407, Town of Oakville.
