Stanley Avenue Reconstruction, Regional Municipality of Niagara, Niagara Falls, ON

UEM provided overall project management and design services for the reconstruction and widening of Stanley Avenue, from Whirlpool Road to Hwy 405, as part of the new OPG tunnel project. UEM designed the road reconstruction and carried out the contract administration and inspection phases. This $ 2.3 million project was completed in Spring of 2006.




Thorold Stone Road Reconstruction - Region of Niagara - Niagara Falls

This project involved the design and construction administration and inspection of the reconstruction and widening to four lanes of heavily traveled Regional Road for a distance of 2.5 km. Work included grading, drainage, 300 mm diameter watermain replacement. UEM was responsible for overall project management, detailed design, contract administration and construction supervision.


Bayview Park Landfill Pumping Station #3 Upgrade - Region of Halton

This project, completed in 2006, consisted of a new in-ground leachate pumping station, forcemain and flow meter chamber. Two 3.75kW pumps, each rated at 5 litres per second, were installed in a concrete chamber and wet well. A new flow meter chamber and associated electrical controls were upgraded. UEM was responsible for overall project management, detailed design, contract administration and construction supervision.
